The Willis E. Kilborne Agency was originally established in 1894 in Moravia, New York. In 1976, Walter C. Dabulewicz, purchased the agency. He actively operated the business, always keeping the needs of his clients at the forefront. His daughter, Jessica A. Hess, joined the Agency in 2003. Jessica now owns The Willis E. Kilborne Agency, Inc. She and her staff uphold the professionalism and dedication that this industry requires and their customers deserve.
